By using WaffleLink you agree to these terms.

What WaffleLink is

WaffleLink lets you publish a profile page with links to third-party services. WaffleLink does not process, hold, transfer or verify payments, and is not a party to any transaction between visitors and profile owners. Payments happen entirely on the third-party service you or your visitors choose, under that service's terms.

Your responsibilities

• Only link to accounts you own or are authorized to use, and keep your information accurate.
• Don't use WaffleLink for fraud, scams, impersonation, phishing, malware, or illegal goods or activities.
• Don't post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Visitors

Always confirm you're paying the right person before sending money. WaffleLink can't reverse payments or resolve disputes.

Usernames and content

We may reclaim usernames, or remove profiles and links that violate these terms or put visitors at risk.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, WaffleLink isn't liable for losses arising from use of the service or third-party services it links to.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
