Plain-language summary of how WaffleLink handles your information.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never see or store your actual password).
• Profile content you choose to publish: username, display name, bio, profile picture, appearance settings and the payment links you add.
• Security data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and short-lived, anonymized counters used to prevent abuse.

What's public

Your username, display name, bio, profile picture, appearance and enabled payment links are visible to anyone with your link, and may appear in social media link previews. Your email address is never shown publicly.

What we don't do

• We don't process payments, hold money, or store bank, card or payment-account credentials.
• We don't sell your data or show ads, and we don't use third-party tracking or analytics scripts.
• We remove location and camera metadata from uploaded photos.

Service providers

WaffleLink runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database and image storage). Password-reset emails are sent through our email delivery provider.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes your profile, payment links, profile picture and sessions.
